The enquiry matrix supports car-shipping review between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak without requesting customer identity. Tool choices remain on the current page; WhatsApp is a separate step for requesting review and a quotation.

Direction, car type, timing preference and grouping choices are processed on this page. The tool does not send choices to a server or save them in browser storage. Reset restores the original choices and closes the result.
Avoid sensitive information.
Do not enter phone numbers, identity numbers, documents, full addresses or personal names. Basic profiles and enquiry questions are sufficient for using the matrix.
When opening WhatsApp.
The WhatsApp link opens an external service with a branded standard enquiry message. Matrix choices are not added to that message. Information you later choose to send in WhatsApp is handled through that service and the enquiry recipient.

Does reset withdraw WhatsApp messages?
